What You Need to Know

In this section, we have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions. If there’s something we missed, please don’t hesitate to reach out and a member of our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  • What type of shipping do you offer?
    We offer Australian-wide Standard Shipping for all our boxes at a flat rate shown at checkout. We also offer free delivery to local customers within 35km of Central Geelong, Victoria, including parts of the Surf Coast and Golden Plains shires. ​ Please contact us at sales@lewislollies.com.au if you have any questions.
  • When can I expect to receive my box?
    Our Boxes are packaged and shipped during the third week of the month. Depending on location, they will take approximately 2-8 days to arrive at your door. ​ You will receive an email confirmation, including a tracking number, when your box has been shipped.
  • Do you offer Express Postage?
    Our Boxes are packaged and shipped during the third week of each month. Please contact me through the live chat or via sales@lewislollies.com.au if you need a luxury gift certificate to be sent via express post, and we can organise this for you. I will calculate the additional shipping cost based on your location. This way, your loved one will be able to receive their gift certificate, which lets them know that their box will be sent on the third week of the month.
  • What happens if my box is shipped to the wrong address?
    Please ensure that all addresses provided are correct. If a box has been sent to the wrong address, you will incur costs for repackaging and delivery. If we have made an error when addressing the box, we will make arrangements for the box to be reshipped at no cost to you. ​ Please contact us at sales@lewislollies.com.au if you have any questions.
  • Can I cancel my subscription?
    After placing an order with Lewis Lollies, you can cancel for a change of mind as detailed below: Subscriptions If you have committed to a 3 or 6-month subscription, you can cancel your order anytime prior to the renewal date of your box. (the date of purchase). After this time, it will be fulfilled and shipped as usual. ​ One-Off Boxes If you have purchased one of our one-off boxes, you can cancel your order anytime before the month's cut-off date for orders. After this time, it will be fulfilled and shipped as usual.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure that you choose carefully. However, if your box arrives damaged or does not match the description provided, please send a photo of your package within 48 hours to sales@lewislollies.com.au, and we will be in touch for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. If something is lost or missing, we will send you a replacement or a voucher for your next purchase. We want you to be 100% happy with your box and the service you receive, so please reach out, and we will do our best to manage your request.
  • What happens is an item is out of stock?
    On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock when it comes time to fulfilling your order, it will be replaced with a similar item of equal or greater value. You will receive an email communication prior to your box being shipped, providing further details about the items.
  • Can I add a message with my box?
    A handwritten message can be added during checkout using one of our complimentary cards.
  • Are your boxes recyclable?
    We care about our environment, so our boxes, shredded paper and cards are ALL recyclable. In addition, our pouches can be recycled through the REDcycle program. To find your nearest dropoff location, please visit www.redcycle.net.au. We are striving towards packaging our lollies using fully sustainable materials at Lewis Lollies. We will update you with any positive changes to our packaging as we grow. Having a minimal environmental impact is very important to us and something that we want to get right.
  • Where do your lollies come from?
    All our lollies are locally sourced and support Australian Manufacturers. A very small portion of our lollies come from overseas, New Zealand, Spain and Germany, with the majority of our lollies being Australian Made. This is something that's very important to us as we love supporting our home country!
  • Do you have a list of ingredients?
    If you would like to see a list of ingredients for your lolly box, please email sales@lewislollies.com.au. We include a copy of each ingredient list in each box each month, along with the best-before dates for each lolly type. Your lollies may contain traces of nuts, wheat, egg, fish, milk, soy or lupin and should be stored in a cool, dry place and re-sealed after opening.
  • Where are you from?
    Lewis Lollies is based in Geelong, Victoria and is owned and operated by husband and wife team Callum and Melissa Lewis. This business allows us to be home more with our growing family.
  • How long will my lollies last?
    Well, in my experience, they will probably be gone within a week! However, our lollies are packaged in resealable pouches, so you don't have to eat them all at once! You will find the best-before dates for each lolly type in each lolly box each month.
